Majority of units will come with a kitchenette or full kitchen (fully stocked), washer and dryer in unit, tv's, dvd players, stereo, telephone, and other amenities. Every resort differs in standard and featured amenities.  There are six resorts that require a mandatory all-inclusive package.

 

Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible for contest, a book purchase is required through this website.  Purchasing more than one book increases your chances of winning.  The odds of winning is based on a 1 out of 50 chance entry level.  The week vacation accommodates winner for a stay at a selected destination resort or hotel (no airfare or rental car provided).  Selection is based on availability and time period of travel and is flexible if not available at winner's specified travel times.  For a resort that requires a mandatory all inclusive package (there are six resorts that require a mandatory all-inclusive package), winner is responsible for purchasing the all inclusive plan at 45.00-125.00 per day per person (children rates are lower).  Winner is also responsible for any security deposit that is required for resort stay.  Security deposits are at the discretion of the resort itself,  is refundable, and will be collected at time of check in. Some resorts do not require a security deposit, but will require that you place a credit card on hold at time of check in.  Cancellation insurance will be offered and is strictly optional, but will require a non-refundable 50.00 fee.  Cancellation insurance will allow traveler to cancel reservation three days before travel date and select another date and destination.   No other fees will be hidden or applied. 

Contest Winners:

Contest runs in three intervals; September 1-December 31, January 1-April 30, and May 1-August 31.  Winner will be announced the following day after contest ends and by email. Contest winner will also be announced on website in this section, so please be sure to check back the next day after contest ends.  Depending on number of candidates during each interval will also determine if you will be notified sooner than the contests ending date.  By entering in the contest, your information will not be sold or passed on to other websites. 

Age Requirements:

Someone in your party must be at least 23 to check in most of the resorts.  Select units will allow for someone of the age of 21 to check in, but are limited.

Property Restrictions:

No pets allowed, no smoking in unit, travelers not to exceed the number of guest based on room unit for overnight stays.  Any damages done to the property made by traveler will result in incidental charges applied from deposit or credit card given to check-in office on site..
